How to Enroll in Text Banking

• Log into your CityNET Online Banking from your computer
• Click on “Settings” from the drop down list menu and select “Text Enrollment”
• Set the Text Banking button to “On”
• Enter the phone number you wish to receive the text messages
• Check the box for “Agree To Terms”
• Click “Save”

Text Command:

If an end user is unable to receive a SMS TAC or expects an alert they did not receive

BAL or BAL (account nickname)

Receive account balance (If no account nickname is included, the balances of all enabled accounts will be listed)

HIST (account nickname)

Receive account history

XFER (from account nickname) (to account nickname) (amount)

Transfer funds between accounts


Receive a list of available text commands


Receive a list of contact points for information on text banking (for example, your website or phone number)


Stop all text messages to the mobile device (for text banking and SMS alerts/notifications)

• You must be a CityNET Online Banking customer to use Mobile Banking. Your cell phone or mobile device must be equipped to access an Internet browser. Additional charges may apply for Internet usage depending on your wireless carrier. Please consult your wireless provider/carrier for details on correlated rates and charges. All terms and conditions applicable to Online Banking will apply to Mobile Banking.
