1. Go to www.cnb1901.com.
2. Click on “Consumer Enrollment” under CityNET (Login is located at the top left of the page).
3. Enter your “Requested Login ID” and complete online form.
4. Click “Submit Enrollment.”
5. Once you’ve successfully enrolled, you will be given your temporary password and redirected to the Login page.
(If you have already enrolled and created a Login ID)
1. Go to www.cnb1901.com.
2. At top of the page, enter your Login ID.
3. Leave password empty.
4. Check “I am a first time user” box.
5. Click “Login” (You will be redirected to a new page).
6. Select a delivery method to receive your On-Time Access Code.
7. Click “Submit.”
8. Enter One-Time Access Code.
9. Click “Submit.”
10. Accept disclaimer. You will be redirected to a new window where you will have the option to update or edit your Login ID or passwords.
11. Edit and update the required fields.
12. Click “Submit” and then “OK.”
13. Enter new password.
14. Confirm password.
15. Click “Submit” and then “OK.”
1. Log in to CityNET from the device that you wish to use.
2. Select a method to receive your One-Time Access Code.
3. Enter One-Time Access Code.
4. Activate your device for “Future” or “One-Time” use.
• You may need to re-register your device if you delete your cookies.
• You must save https://www.cnb1901.com as a trusted site in your web browser’s privacy settings to prevent receiving a certificate error message.
• One-time access is recommended for public computers.
• Each log in with one-time access will require an access code.
